      Company is tremendously successful. Has true market advantage and is far and away the best product in its class. Top Performers are compensated very well. No layoffs in past 10 years. Is envy of competitors.

      Cons

      Is in a period of hyper growth. Senior Management becoming increasingly disconnected from whats going on where the rubber meets the road. Lofty expectations for future state of company. Internal software and processes are lengthy and lack efficiency.
