      Interesting industry leading product portfolio, good pay when efforts are appreciated, generally nice collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Very contradictory in ethics promises vs work force experiences. Customer-centric agile principles are contradicted by splitting motivated multidisciplinary teams into single-faceted siloes with a CYA-management style. The projected way forward seems to be throwing copious amounts of low-pay skulls at problems instead of empowering self-motivated talent to grow the business.
