Culture - The people here are great and we have a clearly defined purpose underpinned by values that can actually be seen and felt. Company success - A growing & financially successful organisation. Salary & Rewards - Salaries are competitive. Exceptional CEO - Strong leadership & clear business strategy. Talent Retention - People genuinely enjoy working for and being a part of the company.

Cons

Work can be hard to get done due to immaturity in some processes - though this is improving. Onboarding - More could be done to invest in tech to deliver a more consistent and scalable onboarding experience.

Good benefits, good team mates, good management(subjective to IBX)

Cons

-career opportunities and promotions are locked behind 'budget'. Internal transfer applications are less prioritized compared to external applications. TA might not even contact you till you asked for an update. -promotions given to underperforming individuals -L1 feedbacks are basically useless despite all the surveys and anonymous feedback forms. -Talent acquisition is bad. -Many changes to work flow in a short period of time, always using terms like aligning with global etc etc etc -Workloads increasing and salary does not justifies.
