Constant reorganization Layoffs, fragile state, ' While executive leadership is trying to bring clarity, every single communication leads to more confusion and more uncertainty in individual's lives. Work-life balance is poor - have to work during US, Singapore and IST hours at least 3 out of 5 days. Senior leadership is in a confused state and totally unsure how to leverage their existing team and causing morale and confidence issues
