Pros

-Free membership to the best gym in America -meet many wealthy/intelligent individuals -tons of free education in fitness -very flexible scheduling

Cons

-Very poor pay -Equinox gives discounts to employees of dozens of companies but you do not get any discounts anywhere. -They do not give employees discounts worth recognizing. - no raises. ever -Everything that EVER goes wrong in the club is blamed on the front desk

Pros

Make your own hours, meet alot of people who can help you in life, good in house education programs ffor new hires.

Cons

it is difficult to have a steady work flow, hours are very varied and erradic, sometimes gaps in your schedule are a huge pain.

Pros

At equinox the pay is very good for a personal trainer. Also the clients are really good there, you have the rich clients that want to spend money on packages.

Cons

At equinox there are no breaks, which i did not like. Also at Equinox there are really long hours and people want training at 5am so you have to get up at 4am.
