Lots of state of the art small equipment, great sound systems, instructor training, decent hourly rate and the company focused on Group Fitness programs.

Cons

Hard to get a lot of classes. Members were not very friendly.

Cons

not really much to complain about from a group fitness standpoint- although I used to work here as a personal trainer and there is plenty to complain about on that side
