Always change direction they want sales reps to focus on. Very high turnover in management 5 RVP in 5 years Micromanagement more worried about data entered into CRM No urgency for customer

Upper management is unprofessional. Local Manager accusing employees of wrongdoing to protect friends in other departments that mischarged customers/committed fraud, that he knew about months prior and failed to address.
