There are a lot of good people there and at times is fun place

Cons

Upper management is a joke - they have taken us from 60% of the industry shares to 4% in less than 5 years - a lot of buddy buddy favorite and brown noses

“ A cautionary tale”

You get a van to take home

Racism: ie. racist jokes. Raises not above 2% or if they say they have had a bad year none at all. “Good ole boy network” . Legacy management. You will not get overtime or even 40 hours your hours will be 37.5 or even less. If you go to management with a problem you’ll get this, “ it is what it is now get out of my office I’m busy!” If you go to the next tier of management over direct manager they try to “retaliate” against you.

Pros

It use to be a great place to work. I was at depot over ten years. The management team that was in place when I was there didn't have a clue. Once PON took over is when it went down hill. Too much mid level management that run on the buddy system. People should go to work to make a living not friends.

Cons

Management team had no experience or very little. They have run off all the people that had dedication and loyalty along with the experience to make profit for the company.
