Getting licenses can be a hard and long process

In my experience, this place is toxic. The pay is low. There’s a negative culture. They’ll hire just about everyone with the expectation that only a small percentage will stick. They sugarcoat a lot of things or conveniently don’t mention certain information to keep you around. They don’t invest time in you to help you grow. Many managers are still building their book of business so they don’t have time for you. Be ready to call on your natural market. If you’re a traditional advisor, be ready to make 1,000 calls a week. If you’re RBG, you better hope you get good districts and partners otherwise you won’t succeed.
