Pros

The hours are relatively flexible

Cons

Pay is low, training is minimal, cold-calling, full commission high-pressure sales, and an unspoken expectation that the majority of new FP's will not survive in their role

Pros

Most fellow coworkers put on the fake smile and brought some enthusiasm to the working environment.

Cons

Door-to-door, cold calling, financial consultation sales. They make you target your friends and family. An assignment during the onboarding process was to gather 100+ contacts to submit to management for their personal records, all of which still receive junk mail and sales pamphlets.
