      Learn a lot? You are able to get your SIE, Series 66 and they provide you with learning tools

      Cons

      The company is cero organized, managers do not pay attention to you and they only care if you bring a certain client to them and only care if they get paid.

      Pros

      Virtually unlimited earnings potential, support on building your practice, freedom to develop specialized areas of practice. This is one of the few places where you can make good money early in your career, doing good work for clients, without stellar academic pedigree.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is lacking. If you work with or for a bad manager, you have little chance. Some successful advisors are not good people, but many are - this is par for the course at any PWM firm.
