      Good people (in same cases). Good basic intro to financial services.

      Cons

      A lot. Structure as a whole. Pay. It’s pure cold calling like that’s all you do. Throw a lot of figures at you that just aren’t true. Like to emphasize the very very few successful people when in reality majority are unsuccessful. Seems bad for people starting out but okay for people who already have a book of business.
