      Large company with many people willing to help you in your career

      Cons

      Insurance sales and financial advising are two different things. Its a shame this company cant get out of their own way and stop pushing annuities. It hurts the the company and the advisors credibility in the marketplace.

      This is a good company for entry level employees looking to get their hands on wealth management careers.

      Cons

      The base pay for the entry level Wealth Management Associate is way too low to sustain anyone regardless of your financial situation. $24K per year is way too low in my opinion. The company claims you can make between $50-60K per year OTE.
