      Pros

      Culture, Culture, Culture! I have never worked anywhere that I enjoy more or feel more appreciated. The management team here has built a culture of friendship, accountability and assistance. We all work as a team and have a great time while we do it. Everyone is more than happy to help whenever I need it. I love this group! Also, there is plenty of opportunity to advance within the company! Especially with this ever growing team.

      Cons

      The cost of living in the Bay Area! Commute time can be difficult.

      Must bring extreme ownership and high level of commitment. This is a long-term career for professional oriented people. You have to want to build something for yourself. Those without this understanding may not have a favorable experience.

      Pros

      Opportunities for growth, professionally and personally. AXA's culture inspires employees to grow, allowing for unlimited earnings and all that comes with it. If you work hard, you can achieve anything. The training the advisors receive is top-notch. But it's only worthwhile if you practice over and over to perfection.

      Cons

      There is no free lunch. It's a sales organization, so to be successful, you must make sales. You must possess some internal drive. The management can give you tools, but you have to put in the time and effort to get the results
