      Leadership cares about you personally and professionally. You can make a great income early if you are willing to work hard. There are very clear expectations and measures for success. There is an emphasis on holistic financial planning where you can serve clients in many meaningful ways

      Cons are only there if you aren’t looking to be in an entrepreneurial career. If you want to build up a business for yourself with a lot of support from the people around you, then there’s not a con.
