      Pros

      Coming from a wire house, I wanted to have a little more independence. But, I wanted to keep some of the help. I found it at Equitable. I didn't know that I could find what I was looking for, and I was not even sure of the right questions to ask. All it took was starting a conversation with some good people that have become my co-workers and friends.
