Just recently saw that (formerly AXA advisors) owes $50mil in lawsuits to SEC. Now I’m getting calls from their debt collectors saying I owe money for commissions already paid out over two years ago. Fraud of a company don’t waste your time.

Diverse environment, friendly and helpful coworkers, many holidays and half days due to holidays.

Cons

Pay was not great. Please keep in mind that as a company culture, most administrative assistants are hired by the advisors NOT by Equitable - which give them no benefits. Paid by the hour which no access to health insurance, PTO, etc - no benefits since you are not really an Equitable employee. If hired to be an advisor assistant, there is little to no career path or growth opportunity, unless you want to become an advisor yourself.
