      Pros

      Ability to make unlimited income Young group with some team building

      Cons

      Products are terrible for the most part and lead to customer dissatisfaction which is always dumped on the advisor. Management is heavily compensated to recruit new advisors and once they quit because they can’t make money the book gets handed back to management. 90%+ turnover rate Run away and work for a real planning firm not an insurance sales company.

      If you like pushing paper all day, this is an excellent place.

      Cons

      They don't give you the tools to do your job. You are supplied with just a low end laptop. You are on your own to discover how to get the job done.
