      Pros

      They will give you all the tools you need to succeed. A lot of senior advisors are great with helping new associates. Training is amazing and continual and finding a mentor is easy.

      Cons

      Unless you are working 12 hours a day or are extremely talented, the first couple of years will typically not bring in a substantial income. After 3 or 4 years, once you have built your book of business, you will start to see substantial income.
