I was in the retirement planning space for public sector employees. The daily tasks are pretty much booking your calendar full of meeting with teachers to set up their 403b plan and hopefully cross sell life insurance. Unfortunately, the most successful path in this specific space is finding a wealthy couple who you can become the FP for or going into management to teach others to do it and you make commission off of.
