      We have a great support staff, a very strong training program and new associate, manager mentoring.

      Cons

      it is a tough business early on, but that is the case within the industry.

      I have been with AXA 30 years and have seen it's policy of hiring and advancement always be open to all qualified individuals with no restrictions.
