      Pros

      As a 25 year industry veteran I have seen a lot of different companies over the years. AXA Advisors is by far the best I have worked for. The management team, the training and the likelihood of success is way better than the rest of the firms out there. If you want to build a long term profitable practice, you need to look at AXA Advisors.
