      Pros

      You get to earn as much as you want. Great training. Great pay if you can get the business.

      Cons

      It is very, very hard breaking into this business. You have to be willing to put in 12+ hours a day and continually be productive throughout the day.

      Pros

      AXA has a very intensive and inclusive training process. The training advisors will give you the tools and motivation to succeed. Will give anyone an opportunity.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. To work at AXA or as a financial advisor, in general, requires a particular attitude which I did not posses at the time of employment.

      Pros

      Young, energetic work environment. If you develop relationships with the top producers, you can position yourself to learn a lot of the best practices and set yourself up for success.

      Cons

      If you are not highly motivated, it can be an overwhelming, dead-end job. It is a commission based job so if you cannot sell, you will struggle financially.
