      Advisors that are top notch, usually big players in their former firms and want a firm that they don't have to take BS.

      Pros

      -Everyone knows everyone -Good compliance support team from SF office -Has their annual compliance meeting at the Cornelian room on top of the B of A building.

      Cons

      -Must have a big book to be able to make good money. -Doesn't have the same prestige as working for other Fortune 500 firms

      As an intern the environment is pretty laid back, but as a wealth manager it could be intense.

      Pros

      It is a good place for a first finance related internship, specially for freshman. It is easy to get a job because wealth managers want cheap college students to do their grunt work. Overall, your experience will depend a lot on your boss so be aware in your interview whether or not you like the person who is interviewing you. You'll be working for them directly.

      Cons

      Not as recognizable a name in the finance world. AXA is big, but it's more associated with life insurance than anything.
