Pros

Good Traning. Positive reinforcement Potential to make a lot of money if you have established contacts or are a seasoned advisor.

Cons

Where to begin. Their 100% commissions platform almost never suits newbie's They are not upfornt about the costs. Managers get compensated on your production but only on Equitable products. Guess what they Push?

Unbelievable fees

Pros

Share plan, AXA Network, some of the seasoned advisors who do joint work

Cons

Although the health plan is a good one, it is hardly affordable. The fees are insane. Although you are W2, you are required to invest in your own computer which is a mandatory Dell model costing almost double of what you would buy on your own and then you have a monthly software fee, broker/dealer fee, E&O insurance, just for starters...

Cons

The pay is lousy for new advisors 2k a month before taxes, management is inexperienced with no real leadership skills.
