Pros

Great compensation for those who make it past the first few years Adequate training and access to knowledgeable senior members Great locations in area for making appts easy with client base Offer training for Series 7

Cons

You better have a huge rolladex of contacts that do not mind you pushing insurance on them You will not be able to survive on the salary they provide and expenses you will incur your first 6+ Months They really make you push their products and do not care how you et results, just that they are profitable, and don't expect to keep all of your commissions once you qualify 1/2 goes to your manager Work Work Work, Call Call Call if you want to succeed!!!

Pros

The company gave me a market to go work. Without having to call on my friends and family members. I work hard and I get paid for what I am worth.

Cons

In your first 5 years, it's going to be a very hard job. Nothing will be given to you, YOU have to go do it.
