      Every person here is very down to earth and willing to help the moment you have a question. The company really values each individual and shows that appreciation in a multitude of ways.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work to be done but the company values work life balance so you will never be asked to work overtime. You also have the support of other staff members which is a blessing!

      Setting your own schedule can be dangerous if you're not disciplined Some of the training starting out is lacking and it can initially be hard to get the hang of things.
