The company invests a lot in people, especially in the first couple of years. There are numerous trainings, opportunities to learn, and one-on-one coaching. Some projects are not easy, but these are the greatest opportunities to develop and build new skills. There is a lot of flexibility in the types of projects or work that people want to get involved with. Helping accounting, finance, and HR teams at large public companies is part of what associates and consultants do, and the variety of projects is quite a lot. Learning programming to solve business problems is very exciting. The mix of technology and accounting/finance in the day-to-day work makes the job diverse. Definitely has a fintech vibe. Working hours can get long (60 hours) during busy times at quarter- or year-end reporting but are reasonable during the rest of the time. The office is very cool. It has a pool table, ping-pong, gym, relax room, etc. and people really like to get together and have fun. Free snack and drinks :)

Cons

Meetings with European clients (Switzerland, UK, Germany) or Asian clients (Singapore, China, Thailand, etc.) can be at weird hours sometimes. Luckily we can make the calls from home, and international clients understand the time difference.
