Each employee has a unique perspective on what work life balance means to them, and it sounds like your current work schedule meets your balance - which is great! With most of our onsite roles being customer facing, there are a lot of opportunities to interact and get to know our residents - who we certainly appreciate for choosing Equity Residential. We understand that while most interactions with customers are pleasant, occasional issues can arise; in those instances we encourage our employees to partner with their Community Managers to identify best practices to work towards a positive resolution for everyone involved.
