Benefits, wages, forefront of change, confident & smart leadership.

Cons

Spread thin, one person is down whole team has to pick up slack with no outside help. Lack of opportunities for growth with podding of smaller communities.

We also recognize that growth can be defined in many ways; to some it may be taking on additional responsibilities in a current role or making a lateral transition to gain exposure to a different type of asset/team dynamic - to others it may mean an elevated title or a transition to a new department. Pros

Staffing Other than Property Management is good but other than that I would really have to Lie to meet the 20 word minimum.

Cons

Property Management. For some strange reason feel as though building operations employees are beneath them. Absolutely 0 respect for any help. This was once a great place to work but On the grounds, college kids, on call, retail space tenants, Dogs, pool operations and clean up leads to major BURNOUT! In my opinion the salary is sooooo not worth it.
