Pros

Equity Residential is very supportive of employees and there's a good work and life balance. The senior management team are very approachable and make an effort to get to know their employees on a one-on-one basis. I enjoy working with my co-workers and have been given stretch assignments to help me develop my career.

Cons

Equity Residential can be slow to respond labor/market trends at times but things have been approving in the last couple of years under Mark Parrell's leadership.
