      Higher rental discount, however you're taxed a lot at end of year and end up owing taxes.

      Cons

      Hard to move up unless upper management likes you.

      values employees, promotes from within, constant training available, fun environment, rental discount.

      Cons

      salary could be better. There is not benefit to those that choose not to live onsite, especially in higher income areas.
