The on-site team is the driving force in creating a community where people thrive! Administrative duties are important, but we find that taking the time to connect with residents and teammates is what makes an Equity Residential community a place our residents want to call home.       Equity Residential is an exceptionally progressive and forward thinking company. They’ve made great investments into talent acquisition and training.

      Cons

      Weekends are mandatory however that is typical in the property management industry.
