There are too many great things to list. Senior leaders ask for input, listen and take action. All employees are valued no matter their role. The benefits and total compensation packages are great! The training and continuing development opportunities are unmatched.

Cons

Everyone wants to work here so there is a lot of competition for the promotable positions. Lots of tenured employees.

In an effort to minimize the need to stay after an employee’s regular shift has ended, we regularly review processes, materials and resources provided to our service teams, and appropriate staffing coverage at each specific community. Additionally, our service team leaders participate in training classes that address topics like time management, efficiency, and delegation.
