While we do love to hear from our employees on review sites like Glassdoor, Google, and Yelp, we always want your honest feedback, and we expect that any messaging coming from our leaders will make that clear. Employees are not incentivized to provide reviews, nor are they penalized for failing to do so. We are disappointed to hear of the example you shared, as it is not a practice that our current leadership team condones; in fact, if we were to learn of such a practice taking place, we would take disciplinary action. Once again, we appreciate your feedback, and we regret that your experience with us was not a more positive one. We wish you the best.
