      Pros

      Equity is a large, national company that still has a fairly small company feel. The employee experience is an important competent of the business. They are fairly agile and consistently seeking growth, meaning both growth in size/scale and in development of people and efficient processes. The leadership team that is highly accessible. Great culture & corporate values. Excellent employee benefits.

      Cons

      Some people find the pace of change challenging, but the Company knows that it is hard to remain the industry leader if you don't keep up the pace. Arizona is solely a centralized business office (Equity doesn't have any communities here anymore). A great opportunity for "regular" hours for those used to 24/7 apartment or hospitality industry.

      Great culture and a company that is willing to try new iniatives. They value your input and empower you to think like an owner. I'm a long term employee and still feel like I'm learning and growing each year due to their great internal training programs.

      Love the growth over the last 6 years I have been with the company. My career in property management keeps me pushing myself to the limits. I look forward to the next 6.

      Cons

      Diversity and Inclusion is a big one for me. Over the last 6 years I think the company has made great strides however there is still room for improvement.
