      No progression, leadership, micromanagement and all the "don'ts" on how to lead a company

      Pros

      Maybe the people I have met that struggle to progression, see how this is how the business world works and cant quit because overall we need food and shelter.

      Cons

      No leadership, lack of training and advancement, the business typically values quantity over quality, and their core values such question authority, etc are a facade. Same as some of these reviews, same type of keywords, language, etc. Social media is great, I know, used to post great comments as a marketing associate for the company social media!

      I think the company as a whole is well run and wants to develop their employees

      Cons

      Management was very caddy when talking about other employees chances at being promoted and could overhear the shallow reasons.

      No bonuses. Good employee discount program

      Pros

      Jave a good employee discount for rent.

      Cons

      Doesn’t have any bonus program for the service team. Also the safety workplace doesn’t meet OSHA standards.

Regarding the lack of performance bonuses for Service team members, this is unique to the NY portfolio since these are Union positions in NY and as such, compensation is set by the CBA. As for your comment about the safety of the workplace, we take safety and adherence to OSHA standards very seriously, and we would like to hear more about the safety concern that you observed.
