I have learned so much during my time with Equity Residential. The opportunity to work with different teams and at various locations has been an enriching experience, allowing me to build new skills and broaden my perspective. Additionally, the hybrid schedule strikes the perfect balance between flexibility and structure, making it a highly appealing aspect of the job.

Cons

That said, there are areas where improvement is needed. Changes within the company often happen with little notice, which can make it difficult to adapt and plan effectively. Additionally, favoritism among the office can sometimes impact the overall sense of fairness and morale."Great Learning Experience with Room for Improvement"

Pros

They offered good benefits and a decent amount of time off.

Cons

Management, or lack thereof, did not value residents and prioritized profits. I noticed a big difference in how management encouraged staff to treat residents of market rate apartments vs subsidized/low income apartments. Could not ethically stay with a company that has this type of culture.
