Pros

Equity highly values opinions of employees and often institute change based on feedback. They go above and beyond to offer training opportunities as they understand the importance of career development. They share kudos when a job is well done and pay well for employees that excel. Although I do not have a family, I do know they offer very good insurance benefits.

Cons

A lot of metrics given that it's a public company which is understandable. Budgets are tight we have to do as much as possible with what we are given but that's what makes the company a leader among it's REIT competitors.

The culture of this company is amazing. We hire the right people and our ideas and concerns are really heard by senior management. The company spends time and money on training and helping employees reach their goals. I feel like we always do the "right" thing for employees and residents.

Cons

During peak season time management and work life balance is challenging at times.

I Love working for the company as there are many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Pay scale could be a little better in order to afford life... cannot afford a 1 bedroom apartment at the bottom position.
