      No work life balance and extreme favoritism

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, good housing discount and you can live at any equity property.

      Cons

      Work life balance was very lacking. Management played favorites and had a very clique type environment. Did not feel welcomed at property I was placed at and my work suffered for it. When I asked for a transfer to a property I knew I was better suited for I was denied and told I had to be there a longer time frame despite how unhappy I was there.

      Looking to jump start career in property management

      Centralized systems, great training modules, vacation days after 6 months

      Cons

      Limited advancement.... you have to work by the book...not good interactions with residents....some properties understaffed.
