Regarding commissions, after reviewing feedback from many employees, we did make a change to the structure earlier this year and all new leases are eligible for commission (within the guidelines of our commission policy). While we are encouraged by what you enjoy about the company and your job, we hope to have an opportunity to improve upon the other areas you mentioned in order to retain you as an employee. Unfortunately, weekends will always be a requirement of a Leasing Consultant position due to the nature of our business and the need to be available to our customers, but we do strive to deliver a work-life balance with days off during the week, paid time off, and company events. We are also sorry to hear that our employee appreciation events and efforts have not met your expectations.
