Working at Equity is like having a huge family. Everyone is very supportive and upper management does listen if you speak up.

Cons

There have been a few occasions where too many changes were implemented too fast.

Pros

Fantastic Compensation. Flexible Schedules. Amazing Benefits including low cost health insurance which you control by participating in Vitality. You can even use the rewards points to buy gift cards! Discounted child and adult care. Full pay 6 week maternity leave. So many more benefits its hard to list them all. Great work environment. Fun outings with co-workers. Room for advancement. Positive work environment. Amazing culture.

Cons

Customer service expectations outweigh amount of staffing available. I feel this an in industry wide con.

Having been 6 years I’ve been very fortunate to work with an amazing company. My peers are amazing and not to mention everyone here is always up to help anyone.

Cons

They don’t have properties in Las Vegas since I may be looking to move out of California.
