Pros

Great management team who takes the time to explain processes and procedures. Have taken recent steps to ensure more of a work life balance.

Cons

Staffing numbers sometimes doesn't represent what is really needed to run a bldg without adding additional stress to staff and management. The market is becoming more competitive which means we have to continue to hold ourselves to a high standard. Judiciously adding staff can help us to accomplish this objective.

GM manipulates Employee engagement survey by hovering over employee to ensure a good result GM Micromanages to the max job titles are manipulated to pay employees less for more work

can't really think of a con that out weighs the benefits. The work is difficult and demanding but the rewards are worth it.
