Pros

I love working here, that is why I have stood around for so long. Some of the brightest and hardest working people in the industry are working right here. I love the collaboration that we have. There is literally nothing that we can not accomplish when we set our minds to it. Everyone's voice matters here which is another reason it is such a great place to work.

Cons

Like every other company, some days are better than others. I am sure that the grass isn't greener anywhere else though.
