      Left the company and CAME BACK!

      Pros

      The connection between employees is like a family. I left the company to move states and came back to open arms.

      Cons

      Living in the city is expensive. You can get a 25% discount on apartment but need to live at the outlining properties, not the ones down town.

      Competitive Pay, Excellent work/Life Balance, Holidays Off

      Pros

      Pay is great and we have all of the major Holidays off. Excellent and open corporate structure with a lot of opportunity to grow. Teamwork mentality.

      Cons

      The only real con would be the percentage that our commission is taxed but the company has no control over that.
