      Pros

      Good Culture & Good People. Company is always trying to improve and listen to feedback.

      Cons

      There are some politics involved here and there regarding career progression. Very tight budgeting which results in limited flexibility in regards to purchasing necessary items or doing necessary repairs.

      Pros

      I have been in Residential Property Management going on 10 years now and in working for 2 different companies Equity Residential is by far one of the best experiences I have had thus far. I love what I do and every company is different with values and beliefs but I have never felt so welcomed, so much support and a company who truly cares as much as I do! I am so glad I decided to make the move and I plan to be here for a long time.
