      Pros

      From the moment I received my offer of employment, I was made to feel an important member of the Equity team. Help is always available from anyone in the company. Benefits are really good, and the company takes a vested interest in the well-being of the employees.

      Cons

      Training schedule is sporadic for instructor led classes, and there is a due date for all your classes. List of approved contractors is pretty limited, despite the large number of vendors that serve the multi-family industry in our area.
