Pros

Prior to COVID, this was the most amazing job and so fun! The best part of the job is the people you meet, showing the community and apartments. If you are lucky, you may have a great and supportive Community Manager and coworkers, as I did. Depending on the location, the residents can vary. The benefits are good.

Cons

When push comes to shove, the company will support and do what is best for the resident first, not their employee. The pay increases are very minimal. My hourly rate only went up $1.86 In 4 years, despite being an employee who worked very hard.

Managers are great at their jobs and want to see their employees growing and promoted!
