      Negative working environment within office

      Pros

      Working with the residents and feeling professional throughout the day.

      Cons

      The office I worked in had a lot of negative employees including my manager. If I took a sick or vacation day, the staff would not be speaking to me when I came back to work. Made for a very long day and made it hard to be motivated during the day.

      The BENEFITS are unreal. Paid vacation every 6 months. Commission adds up. Discount on apartments. GREAT healthcare benefits

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Demanding Residents. Corporate run, sometimes unrealistic expectations. I turnover!

      Pros

      Culture- they care about you as a person, not just see you as an employee Balance- I am not expected to work late daily and every day off, they focus on us being happy at home too Pay- they are in line with other major companies in Property Management

      Cons

      There are alot of metrics to meet, and we have to submit tickets for approval verses helping a customer right away at the property. Overall, I agree with the direction of the company- I don't have to like 100% of every decision made.
