Pros

- Great, great, GREAT people to work with, from Chicago HQ's to property level - Promotes from within - Ample days off between vacation/ personal/ holiday - Structured environment with a clear direction - Corporate listens to employees - Great support system with a ONE team attitude

Cons

- Property level environment can be very stressful. Go into it knowing that the customer service environment can be overwhelming at times due to the high demands of the residents. - You must make sure to manage your own work/ life balance. If you do not, you will get burned out.

Wow - thanks so much for your review! It sounds like you had an awesome 8 years with us; we thank you for your dedication and hard work. We couldn’t agree more about the great people here - as well as the rest of your comments about the support system, excellent benefits, and the opportunities to be promoted from within. As for your list of cons - you said it perfectly, this industry is not for everyone. Managing your own expectations on the way in is critical, as is aligning yourself with a mentor and a support network, and knowing when to call it a day and disconnect. As an employer, we encourage work/life balance, but as you said, that ownership falls on the individual as well. Thanks again for your 5 stars as well as your 8 years - we wish you all the best.

Cons

Sometimes the stress of the position can be tough; although, the work life balance managed time away from work.

Thank you for your review. We are so happy that you enjoyed your time here, including our comprehensive benefits package, career growth opportunities, and our wealth of training resources. You are absolutely right that a fast-paced position in customer service can be challenging and stressful at times, which is why we place such an emphasis on putting the right leaders in place to give you the tools you need for success, and why we insist our employees have a healthy work-life balance. We’re thrilled to hear that was your experience, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
